Susie Ma is the founder and CEO of Tropic Skincare, one of the UK’s fastest-growing skincare brands. Few successful entrepreneurs could claim to have more of a quintessential ‘rags to riches‘ story than Susie.
Tropic Skincare, started life on a London market stall in 2004, where aged just fifteen, she was trying to find a way to pay the household bills.
Today, her ‘ethical first’ approach to brand building has seen her gain award nominations for entrepreneurship and work with Lord Alan Sugar after appearing on BBC’s 'The Apprentice' and becoming the first runner up candidate ever to receive investment. Susie has build up a huge network of brand ambassadors up and down the country and her impressive business acumen secured her a coveted spot on the Forbes 30 Under 30 list for 2018.

Dame Evelyn Glennie is the world’s premier solo percussionist, performing worldwide with the greatest orchestras, conductors and artists.
Evelyn was eight when she started to lose her hearing, and 12 when she was diagnosed as profoundly deaf. But in her own words “losing my hearing made has made me a better listener and musician”.
Evelyn is a double GRAMMY award winner and BAFTA nominee and was awarded an OBE in 1993. She has over 100 international awards to date, including the Polar Music Prize and the Companion of Honour.

E46 - Sol Campbell: The importance of roots and wings
Sol made 646 appearances for five different clubs between 1992 and 2011, as well as playing 73 times for England, taking part in three World Cups and three European Championships.
Sol, who began his professional career with Tottenham, enjoyed his most prosperous seasons with Arsenal after making a free transfer ahead of the 2001-02 season.
At the Gunners, Sol went on to win two league titles and two FA Cups, scored in the 2006 Champions League final and was part of the legendary “Invincibles” team of 2003/4.
Sol spent three years at Portsmouth, which included captaining the side's win in the 2008 FA Cup final. Since retiring from playing, Sol has managed Macclesfield Town and Southend United.

E43 - Osi Umenyiora: How small details deliver big differences
Osi Umenyiora was one of the NFL’s leading defensive ends for nearly a decade becoming an American Football icon in the process. Osi was drafted by the New York Giants in 2003 out of Troy University and spent his first 10 seasons with the franchise before signing a two-year deal with the Atlanta Falcons in 2013.
Osi played on the Giants teams that won Super Bowls XLII and XLVI. He piled up 85 sacks in his career, 75 of those with the Giants to place him fourth on the franchise's all-time list.
After retiring, Osi became an award winning broadcaster for the BBC for their NFL coverage.
