Ben Francis is the founder and ambitious entrepreneur behind leading UK fitness brand, Gymshark.
Ben founded Gymshark when he was 19, while still a student at Aston University. In addition to his full-time commitment to his studies, Ben juggled working as a pizza delivery man to fund his Gymshark venture. In August 2020, Gymshark became the first DTC brand in the UK to achieve Unicorn status (valuation over $1 billion) with no external capital funding.
Ben recently announced he is returning to the helm of the company as CEO as the brand looks to expand in the US and Asia.

E68 - Daniel Sturridge: The power of unfinished business
It’s the last in our EUROS special! Today we’re joined by footballer Daniel Sturridge.
Daniel started his career at Manchester City before signing for Chelsea in 2009, where he scored 24 before he was sold to Liverpool for £12m in 2013.
Daniel played and scored regularly in the 2013-14 season, when Liverpool came close to winning the Premier League title and he was part of the squad that won the Champions League in 2019.
Now in LA, he is training and focused for a return to elite football.

Prior to Huel, Julian founded Mash Up Media, which he built from scratch as the sole founder into a multi-million pound business with just £1500 investment.
