E25 - Steven Gerrard: how to make high expectations a reality
Steven Gerrard, the current manager of Rangers FC, is recognised as one of the greatest players in Liverpool FC’s history and one of the most outstanding midfield players of his generation.
Having progressed through the youth ranks at the Merseyside club, he went on to make 710 appearances for the Reds, scoring 186 goals. He won eight major trophies, including the famous Champions League comeback in 2005, before joining the MLS side LA Galaxy in 2015.
Gerrard is England’s fourth most-capped player and represented his country on 114 occasions and captained England at three major tournaments. He remains the only player to have scored in an FA Cup, League Cup, Champions League and Uefa Cup final.

E23 - Jonny Wilkinson: how a mental health crisis led to a life of exploration
Jonny Wilkinson is one of the most decorated and recognisable faces in rugby history. Jonny scored 1,246 points from 97 Test appearances, the most famous being his drop goal that won the World Cup for England in 2003.
In a stellar career Jonny would accumulate four Six Nations titles with England and at club level he left Newcastle after helping them to Premiership and Powergen Cup titles and joined RC Toulon winning the Top 14 and European Cup.
But Jonny’s public success is only part of his story. He speaks frankly and inspiringly about the pressure of expectation and the mental health implications of leading a life defined by others.

E22 - Sir Ben Ainslie: The power of positive belief
Sir Ben Ainslie is the most successful Olympic sailor of all time, with four golds and one silver medal over a 16 year period.
Ben had the honour of being Team GB’s flag bearer for the London 2012 Olympic Closing Ceremony, was knighted in 2013 and in the same year added the America’s Cup to his list of achievements, with victory in the most remarkable of comebacks.
Ben is now the Team Principal and Skipper of British America’s Cup; INEOS Team UK.

E21 - Frank Lampard: Taking on 100% responsibility, whilst retaining humility
Frank Lampard is the current head coach of Chelsea FC. Frank retired as one of the greatest players of the modern era, with his legendary status cemented by his extraordinary achievements and statistics.
When he left Chelsea in the summer of 2014, Frank was the club's record goalscorer with 211 goals from 649 appearances - a truly remarkable return for a consummate professional plying his trade in midfield.
He won 106 international caps for England and was central to the most successful spell in Chelsea's history where he won 11 major trophies, including three Premier League titles, four FA Cups and the Champions League in 2012.

E19 - Reece Wabara: Taking control of your life, your business and your brand
Reece Wabara is a former professional footballer turned fashion CEO powerhouse.
Reece played for Manchester City and several loan spells at clubs including Ipswich, Oldham, Doncaster, Wigan and Bolton, before he founded Manière De Voir in 2014 - a sports luxe brand - whilst in the midst of a football career.
The multi-million pound Manchester-based online fashion brand has reported a 187% year on year increase in net revenue to over £5 million in the three months to 31 June.

E18 - Phil Neville: Exploring the boundaries of your comfort zone
Phil Neville was a serial winner in his illustrious 18 year career as a footballer. Phil won 59 caps for England and was a regular with Manchester United in the 1998-99 treble-winning campaign.
In total, he won six Premier League titles, three FA Cups and the UEFA Champions League before joining Everton, where he was club captain and played 303 times.
Phil was appointed England Women’s head coach in January 2018 winning the SheBelieves Cup title in 2019 and reaching the last four of the World Cup. Phil is the current coach for Inter Miami.

E17 - Shaun Wane: How to handle success and struggles exactly the same
Shaun Wane is the current England rugby league Head Coach.
Previously Shaun was Head Coach of Wigan, his hometown club for whom he made 149 appearances as a player, from 2011-18 - a period in which the Warriors won three Super League titles, reached five Grand Finals at Old Trafford, won the Challenge Cup at Wembley in 2013, and were crowned World Club Champions in 2017. Shaun also won two caps for Great Britain in 1985-86.
Prior to taking the England job, Shaun worked as the High Performance Coach for Scottish Rugby.

E15 - Dina Asher Smith: Believe in your own sauce! Focus on your strengths
This week’s guest is Dina Asher-Smith, the reigning 200 metres World Champion and the fastest women in British history.
Dina took gold at the World Athletics Championships in Doha having already taken silver in the 100 metres.
She was also seriously impressive at the European Athletics Championships in Berlin in 2018, winning three gold medals in the 100m, 200m and 4x100m relay.
Dina is one of Britain's best prospects for gold at the Olympic Games in Japan next year.

E13 - Ole Gunnar Solskjear: Living authentically
Ole Gunnar Solskjaer scored 126 goals in 366 appearances for Manchester United, but that doesn’t go nearly far enough in explaining his legacy at Old Trafford.
On the field, the Norwegian became an embodiment of the Reds’ never-say-die spirit in their most successful decade, often scoring late goals when points or trophies looked to have been lost. The most special of all being the Champions League final in 1999 cementing his place in Man Utd folklore.
Since retiring as a player, Ole returned to his homeland in 2011 and spent three years with Molde before taking over at then Premier League side Cardiff City.
In December 2018, Ole received a call he just could not turn down - Manchester United. He was made permanent manager in March 2019 until 2021.
